Team Young Museum

The Team Young Museum offers a varied and flexible programme for children, youngsters, schools and families. Our KILIKUZ holiday programmes and regular family tours offer you the opportunity to visit the museum especially fit for the young ones. Children's birthday parties round off our museum educational programme.

We have a wide selection of educational programmes for kindergarten and schools, in which subject and structure can be adapted to the needs of each group. One of our main concerns is to introduce children to the widest possible range of art.

Our cooperations with Kulturrucksack NRW or the educational partnership with the Unna-Massen Sonnenschule are therefore an important part of our annual planning.

By bus: from the busstop at Central Station you can take bus-lines C 40 or C 42 to the “Lindenbrauerei”.

By train: from the railway station continue your journey by bus or on foot (approx. 15 min) along Bahnhofstraße (pedestrian zone) until you reach Marktplatz, where you turn right into Massener Straße, which you follow straight on until you see the Linden Brewery Unna on the right hand side. The Centre for International Light Art is located in this building.

Parking: We recommend the parking lot “Massener Straße”. Further parking options: "City-Parken in Unna" (in German only).
